釜山国际电影节（BIFF）作为亚洲最具影响力的电影盛会之一，长期致力于发掘亚洲新锐导演与独立电影，并推动亚洲影像作品走向国际舞台。其行业影响力、国际声誉与文化推动力，使其稳居亚洲电影节的领先地位。今年的亚洲内容与电影市场（ACFM）首次推出全新单元 InnoAsia，聚焦包括人工智能（AI）在内的前沿科技与电影的深度融合，探索技术驱动下的未来影像表达。

As one of the most influential film festivals in Asia, BIFF has long been dedicated to discovering emerging Asian directors and independent films, and to bringing Asian cinematic works to the global stage. With its industry impact, international reputation, and cultural influence, BIFF remains a leading force among Asian film festivals.This year’s Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM) introduces a new section, InnoAsia, which focuses on the deep integration of frontier technologies—including Artificial Intelligence (AI)—and cinema, exploring future-oriented visual storytelling driven by technological innovation.

即梦AI（以及海外Dreamina AI）联合火山引擎、上海电影及多位中韩知名电影人，在本届釜山国际电影节 InnoAsia 平台共同发起 AI 电影国际峰会，并面向全球创作者正式启动 AI 影像作品征集。本计划以“未来影像”为核心议题，立足中韩及亚洲电影在全球语境下的发展与交流，甄选最能代表当下技术边界的AI影像作品及其主创团队，在釜山电影节的国际舞台上进行放映与深度对话。

Jimeng AI and Dreamina AI together with Volcano Engine, Shanghai Film Co., Ltd., and renowned filmmakers from China and Korea, jointly launch the AI Film International Summit on the BIFF InnoAsia platform. Concurrently, a global AI Film Call for Entries is officially announced. The initiative, themed “Cinematic Futures,” selecting works that best represent the cutting edge of AI-driven visual storytelling and presenting them, along with their creators, on BIFF’s international stage for screenings and in-depth dialogue.

全球范围内甄选5部荣誉作品 5 Selected Honorary Films Will Be Able to Obtain the Following Benefits

• Direct Access to BIFF: The 5 selected works will be showcased at the Busan International Film Festival – InnoAsia AI Film International Summit, and their creators will be invited to attend the event in person to join thematic discussions and share insights with renowned international filmmakers.

• Travel Support: For each selected work, one creator representative will receive airfare and hotel accommodation to attend the event in Busan.

作品要求 / Submission Requirements

• 成片时间: 参赛作品须于2025年1月1日后完成制作
• Completion Date: Works must be completed on or after January 1st 2025.
• 作品时长: 1分钟以上，20分钟以下 (含完整片头片尾)
• Duration: Between 1 minute and 20 minutes in length (including full opening and closing credits).
• 作品类型: 类型不限，参赛者需要以AI工具作为视频作品的主要创作工具，且AI工具须包含即梦AI平台
• Type: No genre restrictions; works must primarily utilize AI tools for creation, including mandatory use of the Dreamina AI platform.
• 字幕要求: 对白、旁白和解说等须有中英文字幕
• Subtitle: Subtitles in both Chinese and English are required for dialogue, voice-over, and narration.
• 质量要求: 不能出现创作工具品牌水印，MOV或MP4高清格式，1080p HD (H.264编码)，符合2K放映标准 Technical Standards: No watermarks of creation tools; MOV or MP4 in HD, 1080p (H.264 codec), and compliant with 2K screening standards.
• *请注意: 参赛作品须为参赛者原创，且参赛者承诺并确认参赛作品的所有权及知识产权归属于参赛者
• *Note: Submitted works must be original. Entrants warrant and confirm full ownership and intellectual property rights in their submissions.

参与方式 / How to Participate

1.完成作品投递: Complete the submission of the work:

通过即梦AI官网投稿，提交符合上述要求的作品。在活动页面右上角点击「立即投稿」，选择并上传作品。 Submit your work via the official Dreamina AI website by following the submission requirements above. Click “Submit Now” at the top right of the event page, then select and upload your work.

2.完整填写以下问卷，以补充作品信息及授权。完成以上两步才视为投递成功。 Complete the following questionnaire to provide additional information about your work and grant authorization. Submission is only considered successful after both steps are completed.

评选方式 / Selection Criteria

由国际知名电影人组成的专业评委会将对所有参赛作品进行严格评审（详细评委名单将在后续公布）。评审将综合考量作品的画面美学、视听语言、人物与场景设计、情节节奏以及创新性等多个维度，确保公平、公正地选出最具艺术价值和技术创新性的作品。最终，评委会将评选出五部荣誉作品作为本次活动的获奖作品。

A professional jury panel, which includes internationally recognized filmmakers, will conduct a rigorous evaluation (jury list to be announced later). Judging criteria include visual aesthetics, audiovisual language, character and scene design, narrative pacing, and innovation. Five honorary works will be selected as winners based on artistic merit and technological innovation.
